The morning sun peeked through the fluffy white clouds, waking up Leo. He was not an ordinary boy; he was a boy who loved music more than anything else in the whole wide world. His room smelled like warm cinnamon and old books, and his shelves were lined with every kind of instrument from tiny whistles to big drums. But today, Leo was not going to practice. Today, he was going on a journey.

A soft *whoosh* sounded at the window. Leo ran to the glass and gasped. Hovering right outside was a magnificent flying carpet, but it was not made of ordinary wool or silk. It was woven from starlight and moonbeams, shimmering with colors that had no names. Sitting on it was a friendly dragon with scales the color of sea glass and wings as wide as a giant umbrella.

"Hello!" Leo waved his arms so hard his hair flew around his ears.

"Good morning, Leo!" the dragon's voice sounded like a gentle flute being played. His name was Starlight, and he had been waiting for years to show Leo the Sky-Song Festival. "Hop aboard! The music is waiting for us!"

Leo climbed onto the soft, glowing carpet with a squeal of delight. Starlight spread his wings and puffed his tail, and up they went! They flew past the tall trees, skipping over the sparkling river, and soared into the blue sky. The wind felt like it was singing a lullaby against Leo's face.

"Wow! We're flying!" Leo laughed, clutching the edge of the carpet. "Where are we going, Starlight?"

"We are going to the Cloud Castle," Starlight explained, steering them toward a mountain of cotton-soft clouds. "That is where the Sky-Song Festival happens every year. But there is a little trouble today."

Suddenly, a sad, wobbly tune drifted through the air. It sounded like a teapot singing off-key. The beautiful colors of the carpet began to fade to a dull gray, and the wind stopped singing. The carpet wobbled in the air.

"Oh no!" Leo frowned, looking around. "The music is broken!"

Starlight sighed, and a small, sad cloud formed near his nose. "The Melody Moths got tangled in the Great Silver Harp," Starlight explained. "When they get tangled, the festival music gets all mixed up. We need to help them untangle the strings before we arrive at the castle."

Leo looked at the harp floating far below them. It was huge, made of silver light, and the moths were buzzing around it like busy bees.

"Don't worry, Starlight!" Leo said, his eyes lighting up. "I am the best music expert in the whole world! I can fix this."

Leo took a deep breath. He closed his eyes and listened to the sad, wobbly tune. Then, he opened his eyes and started to hum. It was a low, steady hum, like a drum beating gently. "Here goes nothing!" Leo smiled.

He pointed his finger at the Great Silver Harp. "Play the tune of the sunrise!"

Starlight nodded and blew a soft, bright note from his nose. The note mixed with Leo's hum, creating a golden sound that rippled through the air. The sad moths heard the sound and stopped buzzing. They floated gently toward the harp strings.

One by one, the moths began to wiggle their tiny legs. They were trying to loosen the knots. "Good job, little moths!" Leo encouraged them. "Just wiggle left, wiggle right, wiggle up, wiggle down!"

The moths worked hard. They pulled and pushed, and soon the tangles began to loosen. The harp started to glow brighter. The gray clouds disappeared, replaced by puffy white ones. The carpet turned from dull gray back to its brilliant, rainbow colors.

"Yes!" Starlight cheered. "The music is coming back together!"

The wind began to sing a happy, bouncing song again. The carpet flew higher and faster, soaring over the mountains and through the twinkling stars. They were almost at the Cloud Castle.

Just as they touched down on the grassy lawn of the castle, a new sound filled the air. It was a loud, bouncy, happy tune that made everyone start to dance. The clouds swirled into shapes of musical notes, and the sky filled with fireworks that popped in colors of pink, green, and gold.

"It's the Sky-Song Festival!" Leo shouted, his heart pounding with joy. "And the music is perfect!"

Starlight nuzzled Leo's hand. "You did it, Leo! You fixed the music for everyone."

Leo looked around at all the happy creatures dancing in the sky. He felt so proud. But then, he noticed something strange. In the very center of the castle, the Great Silver Harp was humming a brand new tune. It was a tune Leo had never heard before. It sounded like a question, waiting for an answer.

"Starlight," Leo whispered, leaning in close. "That new tune... it sounds like it needs a special song to finish it."

"Oh my," Starlight's eyes went wide. "That is the Song of the First Note. It is the most important song of all. But no one knows how to sing it."

The festival music swelled around them, but it stopped just before the final chord. The air was full of magic, waiting for the very last piece of the puzzle.

"I know how to sing it!" Leo said, his voice shaking just a little bit. "It starts with a tiny whisper and grows into a big shout."

The crowd of clouds and moths stopped dancing and looked at Leo, waiting. The harp vibrated with anticipation.

"Are you ready, Starlight?" Leo asked, looking at his flying friend.

"I have never been more ready," Starlight smiled.

Leo closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and began to sing the first tiny note. The sky seemed to hold its breath with him.

"La..."

The note grew louder. "La-la..."

The harp chimed in. "La-la-la..."

Just as Leo hit the high note that would finish the song, a huge, glowing light appeared at the edge of the sky. It wasn't a cloud or a star. It was a giant, friendly face made of pure music, looking right at them.

"What is that?" Leo wondered, his eyes wide with wonder.

"It is the conductor of the universe," Starlight whispered. "And it wants you to sing the final word."

Leo looked at the giant musical face, then at the harp, and then at his own hands. He felt the music in his chest, ready to burst out.

"The final word..." Leo started to smile. "It has to be..."

The giant musical face hummed a note that matched Leo's heart perfectly.

"...Share!"

Leo sang the word, and the music exploded into a thousand new melodies that filled the entire world. The festival was just beginning, and Leo had the whole sky to play with.
